Once the visitor’s information is processed, they will receive a pass to show the Installation Entry Controller at the front gate. If parents, students or faculty members know their guest’s passport information, they can provide it to the PRO in advance to begin the clearance process by emailing \u003Ca  href=\"mailto:10SFS.S5B@us.af.mil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">10SFS.S5B@us.af.mil\u003C\u002Fa>. However, \u003Cstrong>the passport holder must still visit the PRO in-person with their valid official passport, to be issued the visitor’s pass.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Credential processing times for non-US citizen visitors could exceed 72 hours. Therefore, they are highly encouraged to stop by or contact the PRO as quickly as possible. The PRO is located outside of the Air Force Academy South Gate (Exit 150) on the right side of the road, before entering the installation.
