Her 6th&nbsp;and 7th&nbsp;grade drama classes provide the skills necessary for growth in acting, script writing and elements of technical theatre. In 6th&nbsp;and 7th&nbsp;grade dance, students work on multiple forms of dance from ballet and contemporary, to jazz and hip hop while meeting students at their ability and experience level. In all of these classes there is an emphasis on building confidence, creativity and collaboration as students prepare students for 8th&nbsp;grade performing arts classes. In 8th&nbsp;grade, Mrs. Vaughn teaches a production class which works together to create a full scale production (a play in the fall and a musical in the spring). The tech theatre class spends the semester designing and creating all of the technical elements of that production.
